About Toni

Based in New York City, Soprano Toni Dolce has been working as a freelance vocalist for the past 9 years. Classically trained, and a lover of pop music, Ms. Dolce has vocally experimented with different genres of music. Growing up in Western New York, she began singing at the age of eight when she was cast in the musical, Annie. Toni frequently sang on the worship team at church and loved participating in school musicals. She attended SUNY Fredonia and graduated with a BA in International Development from UNC Greensboro.  During her time in North Carolina, she was a member of Black and Blue, a well-known R&B wedding band.

Upon moving to New York City to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, she worked nights as a karaoke bartender in Times Square and would experiment with all the latest pop songs. Ms. Dolce has sung in Austria, Latvia, and Estonia and has also performed the National Anthem at Madison Square Garden. Toni is a proud member of the New York Choral Artists, a premiere professional choir that is often featured with the NY Philharmonic, the host on www.journeytomydreams.com, the female voice for over 400 abstracts at www.getabstract.com, and most recently, auditioned for Simon Cowell on The X-Factor, coming this Fall on FOX.
